What is collected
- Nothing you type into a calculator. All calculations run in your browser.
- No cookies and no analytics at present.
- On your device only: your unit choices (°F or °C, psig, kPa or bar) are saved in your browser's local storage, and pages and chart data are cached so the site works offline. Clear your browser's site data to remove both.
- Server logs: the hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
- Email: if you write to hello@fieldcharts.com, your message and address are used only to reply.
What will change
FieldCharts plans to add privacy-respecting usage analytics and, later, display advertising. Before either goes live this page will be updated to say what is collected, by whom and how to opt out, and a consent choice will be shown where the law requires one.
